About Carpentree and The Faith Collection

Since 1976, Carpentree has offered framed art, canvas, and gifts to customers who want to be blessed, encouraged, and inspired.  Our goal is for you to love the products you buy and share them and their positive messages and words of scripture with your family and guests.

In 2015, The Faith Collection was welcomed into our family of inspirational products.  Resin crosses, photo frames, and many other items offer you a wide selection of gifts and decor to explore on carpentree.com.


Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are issued at the time of shipment on your invoice. Invoices are emailed if an email address is provided.  If not, you will receive an invoice with the tracking number via post.


What should I do if my package is damaged?

Please call within 7 days to report any damages so we can request a carrier inspection. If there is problem with order, feel free to call or email.  Our cheerful customer service reps will be happy to help you.

What if I want to return an item?

Please contact customer service at 1.800.736.2787 or email office@carpentree.com. We will accept the return of an items within 15 days of receipt.  We are unable to accept unauthorized returns so it important to call or email for instructions.

When can I expect to receive my order once it is placed?

In most circumstances, you can expect that your products will ship in about 5-7 business days after the order is placed.  Of course, there are sometimes delays due to manufacturing issues, but this is time frame for most of our web customers.  We aim to please.

What if I forget my password to order?  

You can reset your password through the link provided at the login page.  If you need additional assistance, please call us at 1.800.736.2787.  We can also take your order over the phone.

What if my question needs a human answer?  

Please email office@carpentree.com or call 1.800.736.2787. Our friendly staff will be happy to help you.  If we are busy with other customers, we WILL return your call because we want you as a valued customer.

Is my credit card information safe?

We work through a third party provider (Shopify) who uses your credit card information only to transact the sale. Shopify is PCI compliant and does not store customer information.  

Do you share my information with third parties?   

Your privacy is important to us.  We do not share your address, email, phone numbers, etc. or any other information with others.  


Can you substitute frames or sizes?   

Because we sell according to what is shown in our catalog and on our website, we do not do custom framing or sizes.  Don’t worry.  There are plenty of choices and there will be something inspirational and/or fun for you!
