With I Can Only Imagine™ due in theaters on March 16, 2018, Carpentree went to work with the film’s marketing team and MercyMe to bring their creative ideas to life. The first step was a special screening of the movie to get their creative juices flowing. The team left feeling hopeful, inspired and ready to dive into their creative process.
“I think because of where Carpentree comes from as a company, being faith based and inspirational, this is right in our wheelhouse,” said Kenton McCracken, Creative Director. “The movie really helped us to envision how we would want to design a product collection with the lyrics to put in the home.”
The result was a beautiful home decor line of various mediums, sizes and styles that works well together or stand alone in the home. The design emphasizes the lyrics of the song with supporting imagery to set the tone without distracting from the message.
“The focus is on the lyrics, but we added ambiance with sunset and ocean abstract imagery to represent the vastness of the future,” said Morris.
